Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all tennis lessons, coaching sessions, and related services (“Services”) provided by ZKJ Tennis Club. By booking and paying for Services, you agree to the following:

1. Payments

  • All payments must be made in full upfront at the time of booking.

  • Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.

  • If a student makes a referral and another student joins as a result of the referral, the original student will receive a free class for every successful referral

  • The Free Racket is only applicable to yearly private lessons. They are not applicable to Yearly Semi-Private Classes.

 

2. Cancellations/Makeup

  • Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, the session will be charged in full and no refund will be issued.

  • At the coach’s discretion, a missed session may be rescheduled within 2 weeks, subject to both the coach’s and the student’s availability. If a suitable time cannot be arranged within this period because of the student, the session will be forfeited.

  • In the event the coach needs to cancel or reschedule a session, reasonable efforts will be made to provide an alternative time that works for both parties.​​

 

3. Health and Safety

  • Students are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in tennis lessons.

  • ZKJ Tennis Club is not liable for any injury sustained during lessons, except where caused by proven negligence.

 

4. Weather Policy

  • Outdoor lessons may be rescheduled or relocated due to unsafe weather conditions at the coach’s discretion. 

 

5. Agreement

By booking a lesson or service with ZKJ Tennis Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
